I genuinely can’t think of a single thing Tanner could have done to be a better realtor. As first-time homebuyers, we definitely needed hand-holding and had lots of questions. Tanner was great about making himself available for any showings or questions. He seems to have mastered the balancing act of listening to what clients want while also offering his own expertise and opinions. As the buyers, we always felt we were in the driver’s seat, and Tanner was the best navigator through the process. In a tough market, it’s easy as a buyer to feel like you need to put an offer on any house you remotely like, which is why having a realtor who brings calm logic to the situation is essential. Tanner provided exactly that – expert advice while keeping what we wanted at the forefront of the process. He’s great at what he does, and we would/do recommend him to anyone.

Parker and team are fantastic to work with. We sold a home, bought a home, and referred family to work with Parker based on our experience. The process is smooth, communication is thorough, and flexibility appreciated. Knowledge of the Twin Cities metro market is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend and plan to call Parker if we ever need to sell our home again!

She was extremely proactive in finding/sending listings to me that met my search criteria; there was NEVER any pressure to push me out of the price range I was looking within. She had great advice for me and an extensive knowledge of both the current housing market and the geographical area I was looking in; this allowed me to make informed decisions when it came to submitting competitive offers on the homes I was interested in. She made herself available at all times which was greatly appreciated with my rigid work/child schedule and she absolutely went the extra mile in making this a pleasant, straight-forward and non- stressful experience. Nicole Junker was excellent to work with! From our initial conversation to the signing, she kept us informed of the process. We were coming from Ohio so Nicole showed us several homes by FaceTime. We appreciated Nicole’s opinions and advice about things to avoid or look out for that may be future issues. We were tough buyers but with Nicole’s help (and patience), we found our perfect home! We highly recommend Nicole for any future buyer or seller. On a bonus note, the availability of the local moving truck was a pleasant surprise and really made the move less stressful.
